Understanding the Surcharge Setting in KloudEats ADMIN

Welcome to the KloudEats ADMIN dashboard. This article provides a brief overview of the Surcharge setting, which can be found under Settings > Payment and Fees.

• The surcharge applies to customers who make payments using a credit card.
• This can be set up for wither Pickup or Delivery orders.
• An 8% surcharge is automatically calculated based on the total order value.
• From this amount, the credit card processing fee is covered, and the remaining portion is returned to you.
