The KloudEats ADMIN includes a built-in Surcharge setting that gives you more control over the expenses. This feature lets you apply an automatic surcharge to credit card transactions, helping to offset the costs of payment processing while still offering your customers the convenience of paying with their card.

Whether you’re fulfilling pickup or delivery orders, the surcharge is calculated as a percentage of the total bill. This allows you to maintain transparency with your customers while protecting your margins.
