A Comprehensive Overview To Navigating Your Dashboard

Welcome to the KloudEats ADMIN Dashboard, your one-stop solution for managing your restaurant’s online orders. This article provides an overview of the dashboard and its features.

Accessing the Date Range Selector

Step 1: Log in to your KloudEats Admin account at admin.kloudeats.com

Step 2: When on the Dashboard, at the top you will find the Date Range Selector, allowing you to view data from a specific date or date range. This feature provides flexibility in analyzing your restaurant’s performance over different periods.

Using Preset Filters

The Date Range Selector contains several preset filters such as:

  • Today
  • Yesterday
  • This Week
  • Last Week
  • This Month
  • Last Month

These options allow you to quickly view data for common date ranges.

Custom Date Ranges

1. For more specific date ranges, input the number of days up to today or starting from today in the provided fields. This gives you the flexibility to view data for any period that suits your needs.

2. On the right side of the column, use the calendar to manually select a date range. This is particularly useful for viewing data for specific dates. 

Applying the Date Range

Step 1: Once you’ve selected a date range option, click on the ‘Change’ button.

Step 2: The dashboard will then refresh to display data for the selected date range.

By effectively using the Date Range Selector, you can gain valuable insights into your sales data, cash/credit purchases, cancellations, and more. This feature helps you to better understand your restaurant’s performance over different periods, enabling you to make informed decisions.

Key Metrics in Chart Form

  1. Below the Date Range Selector, you will see three key metrics displayed in chart form: Sales, Volume, and Ticket Size.
  2. The Sales chart shows the daily sales for the selected date range.
  3. The Volume chart displays the number of deliveries and pickups, as well as the total volume per day.
  4. The Ticket Size chart presents the average order value per day.

Sales Table

  1. Scroll down to the Sales Table section, which provides an overview of your restaurant’s sales data.
  2. This includes a breakdown of tax, discount, surcharge, and delivery fee.
  3. The Sales Table also shows data breakdown for Cash/In-Store and Debit/Credit card purchases.

Cancellation Table

  1. Locate the Cancellation Table, which displays cancellation data.
  2. This provides insights into order cancellations, helping you understand the reasons behind them and take corrective actions.

Customers Table and Chart

  1. Lastly, view the Customers Table and chart, which display the total number of customers, new customers, and returning customers for the selected date range.
  2. This data helps you understand your customer base and their ordering habits.
