# Test Printer Connection + Help & Support

#### Step 1: Access Settings for Printer

To test your printer connection, start by tapping the hamburger menu icon and navigating to the "Settings" option. This is where you can manage various aspects of your KloudEats tablet.

#### Step 2: Test Printer Receipts

Within the "Settings" menu, locate and tap on "Test printers receipts." This feature allows you to check the functionality of your printer.

#### Step 3: Confirm Printer Status

If your printer is working correctly, a test receipt should be printed out, confirming that the connection is in good order. This ensures that your orders can be processed smoothly.
