How to Activate or Deactivate Your Store Location

The Status setting in the General section of the KloudEats ADMIN dashboard allows you to activate or deactivate a store location. This is particularly useful if you have multiple locations and need to manage their availability. Follow these steps to change the status of your store location.

Steps to Set Store Location Status

Step 1: Log in to your KloudEats ADMIN dashboard.

Step 2: On the left-hand side column, click on the 'General' section.

Step 3: Select the 'Status' page.



Step 4: You will see a checkbox labeled 'Publish' under 'Location Status'.

Step 5: To activate the location, check the 'Publish' box. This will signify that the store location is active and will be reflected by an 'Activated' green icon next to the location name at the top of the page.

Step 6: To deactivate the location, uncheck the 'Publish' box. This will indicate that the store location is inactive.



Step 7: Click the 'Submit' button to save your changes.

This functionality is helpful if you have multiple store locations and need to temporarily disable online ordering for a particular location due to maintenance, renovation, or other reasons. Use the 'Location Status' setting to manage the availability of your store locations effectively.
