How to Enable or Disable Your Store's Location, Pickup/Delivery Options in ADMIN
The Status setting in the Settings section of the KloudEats ADMIN dashboard allows you to activate or deactivate a store location. It also help you to activate or deactivate features like Pickup or Delivery for your restaurant. This is particularly useful if you have multiple locations and need to manage specifics in the availability. Follow these steps:
Steps to Set Store Location Status
Step 1: Log in to your KloudEats ADMIN dashboard.
Step 2: On the left-hand side column, click on the 'Settings' section.
Step 3: Select the 'Status' page.
Step 4: You will see a checkbox labeled 'Publish' under 'Location Status'.
Step 5: To activate the location, check the 'Publish' box. This will signify that the store location is active and will be reflected by an 'Activated' green icon next to the location name at the top of the page.
Step 6: To deactivate the location, uncheck the 'Publish' box. This will indicate that the store location is inactive.
Step 7: Click the 'Submit' button to save your changes.
This functionality is helpful if you have multiple store locations and need to temporarily disable online ordering for a particular location due to maintenance, renovation, or other reasons.
Steps to Activate or Deactivate Pickup Feature for the Store
Step 1: On the status page, click on Pickup option located on the top right.
Step 2: To activate or deactivate pickup, check or uncheck the check box respectively and click on Submit button.
The pickup status for the store is now set.
Steps to Activate or Deactivate Delivery Feature for the Store
Step 1: On the status page, click on Delivery option located on the top right.
Step 2: To activate or deactivate pickup, check or uncheck the check box respectively and click on Submit button.
The delivery status for the store is now set.
