How to Define the Tax Rate for Your Store

The Store Tax Rate setting in the KloudEats ADMIN dashboard allows you to set the tax rate applicable to your store as per the state your restaurant is in. This ensures that the correct tax amount is calculated for all orders.

Steps to Set the Tax Rate

Step 1: Log in to your KloudEats ADMIN dashboard.

Step 2: On the left-hand side column, click on the 'General' section.

Step 3: Select the 'Store Tax Rate' page.

Step 4: In the 'Tax Rate' section, enter the tax rate percentage for your store which is in accordance with the tax rate of the state your restaurant is in.

Step 5: You can either type the percentage directly or use the arrows in the input bar to adjust the value.

Step 6: Click the 'Submit' button to save the tax rate.

By setting the correct tax rate, you ensure accurate calculation of taxes on customer orders.
