      Managing Payment Methods for Delivery Orders

      How to Enable or Disable Payment Options for Delivery Orders

      The Payment Methods setting in the KloudEats ADMIN dashboard allows you to configure the payment options available to customers during checkout for delivery orders. Here’s how to manage these settings.

      Steps to Enable or Disable Payment Options

      Step 1: Log in to your KloudEats ADMIN dashboard.

      Step 2: On the left-hand side column, click on the 'Delivery Settings' section.

      Step 3: Select the 'Payment Methods' page.

      Step 4: To enable the credit card payment option, toggle the 'Credit Card' switch to the on position. Toggle it again to disable this option.

      Step 5: To enable the pay later option, toggle the 'Pay Later' switch to the on position. Toggle it again to disable this option. This option is useful for flexibility, allowing self-delivery merchants to collect cash upon delivery.



      Step 6: Click the 'Submit' button to save the payment method settings.

      Configuring payment options for delivery orders allows you to provide flexibility to your customers. Enable or disable these options as per your restaurant’s payment policies.
