      A Detailed Guide to Viewing Your Order History

      Welcome to your KloudEats ADMIN. In this article, we’ll be focusing on how to view your order history using the ‘Order History’ option.

      Accessing the Order History Page

      Step 1: Log in to your KloudEats ADMIN dashboard.

      Step 2: On the left-hand side column, click on the ‘Orders’ section.

      Step 3: Select the ‘Order History’ page.

      Here, you can see the history of the orders that have been placed on your restaurant storefront website.

      Selecting the Date Range

      You can select the date range for which you want to see the orders. This feature provides flexibility in analyzing your restaurant’s performance over different periods.

      The ‘Order History’ page displays various columns such as:

      • Order ID
      • Payment Type
      • Ordered At
      • Customer Name
      • Status
      • Taxation Status
      • Subtotal
      • Tax
      • Fee
