A Guide to Set Normal Business Hours

The “Normal Hours” setting allows you to define the available hours for your restaurant on each day of the week. Follow these steps to set up your business hours:

Accessing the Normal Hours Page

Step 1: Log in to your KloudEats ADMIN dashboard.

Step 2: On the left-side column, click on “Business Hours.”

Step 3: Navigate to the “Normal Hours” page.

Enabling Your Store

Step 1: You’ll see a checkbox labeled “Open.”

Step 2: Check this box to indicate that your online ordering store is open and customers can place orders.

Selecting the Time Zone

Step 1: Below the "Open" checkbox, you will find a dropdown menu for "Timezone."

Step 2: Select the time zone that your restaurant operates in.

Setting Store Timings

Step 1: For each day of the week, specify the opening and closing hours.

Step 2: You can add multiple timings for a single day if needed (e.g., open from 11 am to 12 pm and then from 2 pm to 6 pm).

Once you’ve adjusted all the settings, click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page to save your business hours.

Additional Notes:

• You can edit your regular operating hours at any time by following the same steps mentioned above.
• KloudEats allows for flexible timings. You can set breaks in between your operational hours if needed.
