How to Set Delivery Fees and Delivery Radius

The Delivery Fees setting in the KloudEats ADMIN dashboard allows you to set the delivery fees and delivery radius in accordance with the distance from the store. Follow these steps to configure these settings.

Steps to Set Delivery Range

Step 1: Log in to your KloudEats ADMIN dashboard.

Step 2: On the left-hand side column, click on the 'Delivery Settings' section.

Step 3: Select the 'Delivery Fees' page.

Step 4: Identify your restaurant's location on the map that is displayed.

Step 5: Add the delivery radius by inputting it in the 'Radius' field.

Step 6: Save the setting by clicking on the 'Update Radius' button.

Steps to Set Delivery Fees

Step 1: On the 'Delivery Fees' page, click on the 'New' button alongside Delivery Fees.

Step 2: A 'New Delivery Route' pop-up will open.

Step 3: Enter the distance.

Step 4: Enter the minimum sales value you want to set for that distance.

Step 5: Enter the delivery fee you want to set for that distance.

Step 6: Click on the 'Submit' button. Your delivery fee is now set.

Setting the delivery range and fees ensures that you can manage your delivery operations effectively, providing clear and consistent pricing for your customers.
