How to Add and Adjust Special Holiday Business Hours

The Holidays setting in the KloudEats ADMIN dashboard allows you to specify special operating hours or closures for holidays and special events. This feature ensures your store's availability is accurately reflected without the need for manual adjustments on those days.

Follow these steps to manage your holiday hours:

Navigate to the Holidays Page

Step 1: Log in to your KloudEats ADMIN dashboard.

Step 2: On the left-hand side column, click on the 'Business Hours' section.

Step 3: Select the 'Holidays' page.

Add a New Holiday or Special Hour

Step 1: Click on the 'New' button on the Holidays page.

Step 2: A pop-up will appear. Check the box to enable the special hour setting.

Step 3: From the 'Special Hour Occasion' dropdown menu, select the occasion for which you are setting special hours. If the occasion is not listed, select 'Other' and enter the name of the occasion in the provided field.

Step 4: Choose the date for that occasion.

Step 5: In the 'Store hours Type' dropdown, select whether your store will be 'Open' or 'Closed' on the selected date. If for that day, your store is 'Closed', no further action is needed for this step.

Step 6: If for that day, your store is 'Open', click the 'Add' button to specify the 'From' and 'To' times your store will be open. You can add multiple time slots by clicking the 'Add' button again and inputting additional hours.

Once all details are entered, click the 'Submit' button to save your holiday hours.

By following these steps, you can ensure your restaurant's business hours are always up-to-date, reflecting any regular or special hours accurately for your customers.
