# Order Issues - Contact Support Or The Customer

### Contacting KloudEats Support

**Step 1: Tap on the "Issue" Button**

To begin the process of resolving any order issues, you'll want to tap on the "Issue" button for the relevant order. This button is your central hub for addressing and resolving problems related to an order.
