A Comprehensive Guide to Managing Your Store's Availability
Welcome to your KloudEats ADMIN Dashboard. In this article, we'll be focusing on the 'Store Availability' option, a key feature that allows you to adjust your restaurant's availability on the storefront.
To begin, navigate to the 'Store Availability' option located in the left column list of the KloudEats Admin site. Here, you'll see three options: Normal, Busy, and Pause.
- The Normal option sets the availability of the store to Normal mode, where the store is available to order and the standard delivery or pickup time for the food is kept.
- The Busy option gives you an option to add additional minutes on top of the normal time it takes for pickup or delivery. This option is helpful when there are a lot of orders and the kitchen is running late.
- The Pause option pauses the availability of the store, making it temporarily unavailable for new orders.
If you make any changes to the store availability, remember to click on the 'Save' button for the changes to take effect.
By effectively using the 'Store Availability' option, you can efficiently manage your restaurant's availability and streamline your operations.
