A Detailed Guide to Viewing Your Active Orders
Welcome to your KloudEats ADMIN. In this article, we’ll be focusing on how to view and manage your active orders using the ‘Active Orders’ option.
Accessing the Active Orders Page
Step 1: Log in to your KloudEats ADMIN dashboard.
Step 2: On the left-hand side column, click on the ‘Orders’ section.
Step 3: Select the ‘Active Orders’ page.
Here, you can see all the active orders that have been received on your restaurant storefront website.
Selecting the Date Range
You can select the date range for which you want to see the orders. This feature provides flexibility in analyzing your restaurant’s performance over different periods.
Understanding the Active Orders Page
The Active Orders page displays various columns such as:
- Order ID
- Payment Type
- Ordered At
- Customer Name
- Status
- Taxation Status
- Subtotal
- Tax
- Fee
Managing Orders
For every order, you can perform actions such as:
- Cancel Order
- Confirm Order
- Order Ready
You can also view all the details of the order as a receipt. All these actions can be taken under the ‘Action’ column.
